Isabella Rossellini stars in this wondrous film about a 12 year-old Dutch boy who embarks on an amazing adventure when he is kidnapped by a grandfather-whom he has never met-two days before his bar mitzvah. The boy not only finds himself befriending a notorious criminal and a famous actress, but he also confronts the great mystery of his own identity. Based on the beloved novel by David Grossman, the film uses wit and humor to explore the most fundamental questions of good and evil. Ages 6-15 ($8).
